Mepilex Border Flex is a silicone foam dressing with patented Flex technology, allowing for 360-degree flexible stretching to closely conform to joints and moving areas. Its five-layer construction provides excellent exudate absorption, and combined with Safetac soft silicone technology, it reduces pain and skin damage during dressing changes.
