Mölnlycke Exufiber Ag+ is an antibacterial hydrocellulose dressing containing silver sulfate, designed using Hydrolock technology for moderate to heavy exudate and infected chronic wounds. Upon contact with exudate, it transforms into a gel, locking in fluid and promoting autolytic debridement while maintaining its structural integrity for one-piece removal, reducing secondary trauma during dressing changes. Its broad-spectrum antibacterial effect is achieved within 3 hours and lasts up to 7 days.
